ENGINEERING

Engineered to specification, built to standard.

Every BozCon structure is calculated, drawn, and manufactured in-house — galvanized profile, weldless construction, fabricated to international codes. Two decades of engineering, codified into a repeatable process.

From inquiry to delivery — five engineered stages.

01

Inquiry & Brief

We start with your site, scope, climate, and timeline. Our engineering team translates operational needs into a structural specification.

02

Concept & Static Calc

Climate-adapted statics calculated for the deployment region. Wind, snow, and seismic loads modeled per local code.

03

Engineering & Drawings

Full structural drawings, foundation plans, MEP layouts, and shop drawings prepared in-house. Zero handoff loss.

04

Manufacturing

Galvanized steel cut, rolled, and assembled in our 20.000 m² Gebze facility. Weldless connections; tolerances measured.

05

Delivery & Assembly

Sea freight to any port. On-site assembly with our crew or yours. As-built documentation handed over.

Materials engineered for life cycle, not just budget.

Galvanized Profile

Coil-fed galvanized steel rolled to spec on 7 Rollform machines. Corrosion-resistant by default. No on-site galvanizing required, no rust pinch points.

  • Coil-fed Z275 galvanized
  • Rollform tolerance ±0.5 mm
  • No site galvanizing
  • Outdoor lifecycle 25+ years

Weldless Construction

BozCon structures use bolted, weldless connections — engineered for disassembly, transport, and re-deployment. Containers single-piece OR demountable.

  • Bolted modular joints
  • Demountable design
  • Single-piece option
  • Re-deployment ready

Manufactured in Kocaeli — 20.000 m² of steel discipline.

AR-GE Driven

Internal R&D evaluates new materials, methods, and code updates. We do not ship what we have not tested.

🛡

In-House QA

Tolerance verification at three stages: cut, form, assembly. Documented checklist, no third-party guesswork.

Engineered to international standards.

We do not claim certifications we do not hold. These are the design and fabrication codes we apply to every project — verifiable per delivery via mill certificates, fabrication records, and structural sign-off.

EN 1090

Steel Structures Fabrication

EN 1090-1 + EN 1090-2 — execution class EXC2 minimum, full fabrication compliance.

ISO 3834-2

Welding Quality Requirements

Comprehensive welding quality (Class B per project requirement). Welding procedure specifications maintained.

Eurocode

Structural Design Codes

EN 1991 (loads) + EN 1992 (concrete) + EN 1993 (steel) — climate-adapted statics.

S275 / S355

Structural Steel Grades

Mill certificate verification per batch. Structural grade compliance documented.

EU CPR 305/2011

Construction Products Regulation

Compliance documentation maintained per regulation. Project DoP (Declaration of Performance) on request.

Local Seismic Codes

Regional Seismic Adaptation

Per-project structural sign-off to deployment region — Türkiye Deprem Yönetmeliği, Eurocode 8, regional codes.
